Climbing to New Heights.
In July 2025, I summited Mount Kilimanjaro with a close friend. The climb tested every ounce of endurance, discipline, and mental grit I had. But the lessons I brought home were bigger than the mountain. They were about leadership, preparation, and the power of showing up when it’s hardest. That experience inspired how I now coach, lead, and live. Because at the top of every mountain, whether it’s business, faith, or family, you realize the same truth: The climb is where the growth happens.
